Rules and Regulations

Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday. The Office is closed on all major holidays.

Gate access hours are 6:00am to 9:00pm, 7 days a week. The gate will not be operational outside of access hours.

5 mph speed limit at Facility.

To enter the Facility you must, at the keypad, enter the “star” key (*), then your pin number, then the “pound” key (#).

Only one vehicle may enter the gate at a time. Tailgating another vehicle may result in damage to your vehicle or injury to yourself, as well as to the gate and the gate system, thus prohibited.

No work may be performed on any motor vehicle at Facility or in Storage Space.

No alteration of the Storage Space or Facility is permitted.

No littering, drinking of alcoholic beverages, or loitering is permitted at the Facility or in Storage Space.

No smoking at the Facility or in Storage Space.

For the safety of all, no play or horseplay is permitted at the Facility.

No animals, except for service and companion animals, which must be on a leash and with the owner at all times. Failure to comply may result in a fine or termination of the the contract.

No long term parking of any vehicle in front of the Storage Space or anywhere in driveways of the Facility.

No hazardous materials, flammables, or food of any kind permitted in Storage Space, or Facility’s common areas.

No personal property or trash is permitted to be left at Facility or Storage Space. All personal property and trash must be removed from Facility, otherwise a fee may be assessed.
