I'm so grateful for the compassion & help i got in my time of need. Yes, I do recommend renting a unit if I need one again & definitely recommend my family & friends for the care I received.

Excellent storage facility. I rented for several years and never had an issue. The location is practically spotless! Everything is kept in working order and they utilize the highest level of technology. I switched from a smaller unit to a larger unit a few years ago and the process was seamless. They do an excellent job! Thank you for everything! I will definitely be back if I ever have storage needs again in the future.

You folks where there for us when we was in a last minute situation trying to find a storage due to moving to Big Island! The workers were very helpful and understanding! We are very thankful for you folks! We would definitely recommend you folks to everyone.

I was very happy my things were safe and secure for the 4 years I stored them there.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and in great shape!

Since I first started working with Brayanne, she has made the process of moving into my first unit incredibly easy. Each time I needed to make a change—whether it was switching to a smaller unit or adjusting my setup—she was always extremely helpful and accommodating. Because of this great experience, I’ve recommended others who are looking for secure storage to come to Guardian Storage Lihue. The customer service is excellent, and the facility is always clean and well maintained.

I had a very good experience from beginning to end. I rarely dealt with anyone from the staff (no reason to) but the few times that I did, I had a very pleasant experience. They were friendly, thorough and was able to answer my inquiries. The facility is great with easy access going in and out. Love the AC! Thank you and I’ll be sure to recommend your business to my friends and families.

The best facility I have ever used! I store high end items for clients and always safe and clean. Thank you!

Guardian Self Storage is a very good place for your storage needs. I really love the fact that it was very close to where I stayed and conveniently located in the community.

Excellent facility!

Beautiful clean facility with AC, and easy to access until 9:00pm. Convenient location with lots of parking and never crowded, and god prices.

I wish everything was this simple!

Excellent. A clean climate-controlled facility with on-site office and personal assistance. Straightforward reservation process. Highly recommended.

I used my storage unit for only a short time, but the facility and employees made it an easy and pleasant experience.

Very clean storage units.

Awesome facilities and management, staff. The only reason that I'm moving out is because I'm relocating to another island. Keep up with the good work.

I was a continuous customer for over ten years with one or two 10x10 storage spaces. I consistently found the facility well-maintained and attended, which gave me confidence in knowing my property would always be clean and secure during long periods between visits. Throughout those years, I never had a single complaint about the service I received.

I have 2 there and love it really clean and good people that works thete

Highly recommend. Units are very clean, secured and safe. I loved my experience I had there.

Clean and bright storage facility with easy and secure access to all areas needed. Staff was really nice when we encountered an issue with our lock. We would rent here.

We still have 2 units, great facility. Highly recommended!!

The storage room was accessible and easy to use. I am fully satisfied with the service. I have moved out. Please don’t charge my Credit Card anymore. Thank you for being there for me.

This was a very convenient and easy to access storage facility. I was able to do all rental, payment and assistance over the phone with no hold time. The price was not too bad for what you get. It felt very safe/secure, clean, well lit, cool air inside, multiple carts available to use for moving things, multiple elevators and was easy to open and close an account/unit.

Super easy and the gentleman that assisted was very kind. Thank you!

The Best on Kauai. Hands down. Clean, modern, climate controlled. Safe & monitored. A storage dream come true!!

Our experience with Guardian has spanned many years. The facility is well maintained, the price competitive & reasonable, and the staff professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

My company needed a rental space for a special circumstance and Brayanne was so easy to work with. She was so accommodating and went over and above to help us out. Having Nakoa on-site was also very helpful. We will be leaving another storage facility to come to Guardian Self Storage at Kalapaki because the service and facility is so great!

Very affordable and neat storage facility. Customer service was awesome in person and on the phone. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with Guardian. We felt very sure that our belongings would be safe and secure at Guardian. The person who helped us rent the unit could not have been more helpful.

Clean facility, friendly helpful staff.

The conditioned storage space is excellently maintained, cooled and clean. I stored a lot of musical equipment and it was in as pristine condition when i moved out as when i moved in. Not even any dust settlement. Staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Would not hesitate to recommend!

All staff is soo helpful and very professional. Place is always clean. Price is good although I lives north shore but still prefer to store my belongings here because cleanliness and air conditioning.

Guardian Self Storage in Kaua’i is a fantastic option for anyone in need of reliable and secure storage solutions. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful, making the rental process smooth and hassle-free. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern security features, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are safe. What impressed me most was the variety of unit sizes available, catering to different needs, whether you’re storing seasonal items or larger furniture. The climate-controlled units are perfect for sensitive items, ensuring they remain in excellent condition. Access hours are convenient, allowing me to retrieve my belongings whenever I need them. The pricing is competitive, and there are no hidden fees, which is always a plus. The location is also ideal, making it easy to stop by while running errands in the area. Overall, Guardian Self Storage exceeds expectations with its outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and security measures. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a trustworthy storage solution in Kaua’i. It truly makes the often-stressful task of storing items a breeze!

Climate controlled, safe, clean, reasonably priced VERY good choice if you need a rental unit.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Guardian Self Storage in Kauai, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! This facility is one of the best-maintained storage options on the island, with clean, well-kept units and a secure environment that gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. One of the standout features is the availability of smaller-sized storage units called lockers, with costs starting at just $50 per month at the time of this review (prices are subject to change). These lockers are perfect for those looking to store just a few items without committing to a larger space. I found the size options to be incredibly convenient and affordable, making it easy to find the right fit for my needs. It’s worth noting that locks are not included with the lockers; however, you can purchase one from the office for approximately $20 or use your own lock on the unit, which adds an extra layer of convenience. The staff at Guardian Self Storage were incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through the rental process and answering all my questions. Their professionalism and customer service truly set them apart. If you’re in need of storage in Kauai, Guardian Self Storage is the place to go!

I am more than pleased with the space and young man that got me settled in. Top notch and thankful to be done with moving my things in the self storage. Mahalo so much

The facility is extremely clean and staffing services are above average. I would recommend this storage facility everytime. Thank you

All aspects of storing our vehicle here went well. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This storage facility exceeded my expectations! Very helpful and friendly staff. Will recommend to others in the future.

Nice, cool, spacious

Nainoa was great! He was friendly, professional and efficient. He completed the transaction quickly. The facilities are top notch and clean. The people I interact with are always friendly and good at their job. I like it here!

The staff at Guardian Kalapaki is by far the best I've ever encountered. Mahalo!

Customer for nearly 20 years. Always excellent.

The place is fantastic! It has insurance, they don’t jack up the prices every couple of months, they are friendly and they seem to have integrity. There are only a couple of things I would change if I could. 1.) The bathroom is locked when they close the office. I don’t understand why… my Girl has some medical needs and it can get serious and it did fortunately. 2.) Sound an alarm or make an announcement before lock down.. 1st day 3 minutes late and we were stuck but finally let out. Happy t be there nevertheless!

Guardian Self Storage at Kalapaki is the cleanest, nicest, safest, and best-maintained storage facility I have ever seen. Definitely the only place on Kaua'i I would use in the future, and I have used a couple of them in the past and have seen them all. I highly recommend Guardian at Kalapaki!

Tom was very friendly yet professional. He got everything done quickly and correctly. I appreciate his excellent work. Facilities are top notch, best that I’ve seen. Always clean and run well. I like it!

I would recommend this storage in a minute.

Other than the office closing at 2:00pm, everything was clean, well maintained and temperature controlled. I always felt my things were safe from weather, bugs and theft. Kudos for keeping everything so well maintained.

Great service and facility! The facility was always clean, secure, and well-maintained. I appreciated the ease of access and the peace of mind knowing my items were safe. Highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Amazing service! Accommodated everything and truly helped me out in a horrible situation. I will forever recommend them.

The staff was absolutely the best! They were so helpful to me, Guardian is the place for your storage!

Got to work with Brayanne today, and she was so patient with us, let me tell you! She was so friendly, and helpful. Def recommend this storage facility, or communicating with her in general. THANK YOU!! 🙂

Best run, cleanest, and all-around nicest storage I've ever seen.

This was my 3rd time using Guardian Self Storage @ Kalapaki & as always the staff there are GREAT! Thank you to Thomas and Breanne for always helping me. Your awesome customer service is why I keep coming back when I need to store my things. ALoha.

Friendly customer service, gave me a call before closing to make sure I came to confirm the locker. She also made sure I had the right size, which is perfect because I can fit what needs to be stored. Thank you!!!

It was a great first time storage experience for me. The building was quiet, temperature controlled, easy to navigate and felt safe and secure. I highly recommend!

Excellent Facility, Location, & Service! Will surely come back to do business again if needed in the future & refer friends & family. Mahalo!

I used the storage locker when I was hiking the Kalalau trail. I also stayed in Kauai for a couple of weeks, so I needed a place to store our stuff. The place is conveniently located and very clean. I would rent their storage unit again.

Fran was terrific and made me feel really Happy to have chosen this facility. She is a great person. Thanks again Fran.

Staff was cooperative and made good suggestions.

Best storage facility I’ve ever used. And the AC rocks!!!

Would select this storage company in the future. Clean, well maintained, helpful staff. Canceled my unit due to relocation off island.

Ths storage facility met all of our needs and we would use it again if we need additional storage space.

Excellent service I appreciate everyone's assistant. Service was top notch. Leaving the storage was the hardest. I felt safe with my belongings there.

We have been storing our belongings here for many years and we could not have been happier with the service and facility. Thank you Thomas!

Thomas was courteous and professional as he helped me choose a size. The paperwork was completed quickly and communication was outstanding during my rental term. They notified me when the premises was off limits and when it was available to come back. Well done!! I'll use them again and recommend to friends.

Great safe storage facility with wonderful solar powered a/c. Fran at front desk is super helpful.

Great place, great people…

Clean, safe, convenient. What more could you ask?

Well maintained storage units & area. Safe.

Very secure and clean facility. Friendly staff who accommodated our needs, and made us feel welcome. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

NO KA OI

Very clean and well lighted area. Lots of room to maneuver your big vehicle. Lots of carts to use. Huge elevator to fit 3 people and carts for top floor storages. Clean bathrooms and nice ti leaf plants planted throughout the ground area. Absolutely no trash flying around. Very, very clean all around. Thomas is awesome, very, very helpful, and he responds very quickly. He is very professional and such a blessing for us to have had his service in our stressful time of moving , making it a lot smoother. Thank you, Guardian Storage, at Kalapaki for your team members and ground members for keeping it beautiful . Also you can sign up and pay for your storage online. I love this feature.

As noted above the storage facility is well run and maintained. I believe the biggest selling feature was understanding what the actual cost would be. Other facilities aren't always upfront about the overall cost for the time period required.

Highly recommend this storage location. Doesn't get any better than this Guardian location.

Great experience - spotless facility, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Complete contrast to every other U-haul interaction of my life.

They provide an exceptional service, thank you again!

Two thumbs up!

Guardian Self Storage at Kalapaki was a much needed solution to my moving needs. I was home-free for a year and a half, therefore my family heirlooms needed somewhere to be while I found my new home. The air conditioned unit kept everything in pristine condition. Mahalo!

The best storage ever! Great workers with plenty aloha spirit! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Well managed and friendly staff.

Thomas was very friendly and accommodating with being patient with all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain as well as walk us around to see which storage unit would best fit our needs.

Best storage on the island. Staff so helpful and kind in person or on the phone.

The self service system makes the process very convenient.

Great people, great service!

The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. The process of everything was so easy and smooth.

I loved my experience storing at Guardian Self Storage. Nicest storage facility ever. Thank you!

I have been a customer off and on do to my needs and have only had great service.

This is the second time I have needed temporary self storage and I used the Puhi facility both times. I'm bound to need them again in the future, and I"ll just go straight there ... it's always so easy and the people there are so helpful and friendly.

This is a nice facility that was easy to access and kept my belongings in great shape. I would definitely recommend to anyone with storage needs.

Thomas was very helpful and friendly or should I say the whole staff there would recommend to others in need of storage A++++++ Mahalo

I cannot express enough the gratitude, kindness and cleanliness of this storage unit. I’ve rented a lot of storage units in my life for various reasons and this was by far the absolute best in every way. Everyone and everything was tip top and I was sad to leave. Fortunately, I made nice friends who worked there and will go back often to say aloha! Thank you for everything and all your help!

My experience at Guardian Storage was very positive! The office staff was always helpful and friendly. The storage was easily accessible and carts were always available when needed. Thank you, Tom!

Your facility is awesome. I have many self storage places in 5 different states, yours by far the cleanest and well managed we have used. Thank you for two years of keeping our items safe and protected from the elements Kauai presents.

Marvelous Staff!!! Great Clean Spot To Store Your STUFF! MAHALO!

Always a pleasant and safe storage experience with Guardian.

Much aloha to all staff you guys are awesome!

Our entire experience with Guardian was fantastic. The temperature control feature in Hawaii is so important, but the building was always clean and well maintained, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Over all a very positive experience I would highly recommend Guardian in Nawiliwili!

Extremely please with this storage facility! Online check in was quick and easy. Facility is super clean. Wagons are provided for your convenience. Employee (Brianne?) is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Facility is very secure. Best storage facility on the island!

Excellent customer service!

Guardian Self Storage is the BEST storage facility on Kauai! And I know from experience because I have rented from the other facilities on the island, and they cannot even begin to compete with Guardian Self Storage. Extremely clean units, friendly and accommodating staff, and just an excellent place to store your belongings! Consider yourself lucky if you are able to get a unit at Guardian Self Storage. No wonder they often have a waiting list for units!

Great place. Nice and clean with easy access. If you have questions they respond really quick via email. Will definitely use this place again when I will need storage in the future.

I have been with Guardian Self Storage for over 5 yrs and have no negative comments about this facility. They have been very helpful and cordial all the time. The only reason for my closing the storage was I had more storage area built into my garage. I would rent a storage if I ever needed to store things again cause the air conditioned storage area is really nice and clean.

Very satisfied

Definitely the best storage facility on the island of Kauai. Mahalo nui

Most affordable, cleanest, best staffed storage facility I've ever used. Will recommend to anyone.

Clean, secure, professional storage with plenty of load in/load out room. Air conditioned units are perfect for valuable item storage. Thomas and his crew are super helpful and always on it! Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for being there at the right time. I was in the process of moving to Oahu in 3 days and I had to look for somewhere to temporarily store my goods. Searched and Guardian Storage came up. Went to your office and Fran was there. She was very friendly and helpful but there wasn't a smaller space available. I checked out the guys across the street but they didn't offer what Guardian storage had. Before leaving I checked with Fran to put me on the waitlist and bless her heart had found something for me and 4 yrs later is history! After not being able to check my storage for 3 1/2 yrs everything was as I left it and secure!! Thank you again for your service. I will always tell everyone in need....Aloha

We so appreciate Guardian Self Storage and their welcoming aloha and help with all our storage needs. The facility is spotless, they have many available moving dollies, and there is always someone onsite to assist customers. Mahalo to all the staff!

I found the facility operations to be professional and accommodating in many ways. Offering elevator access to higher floors; roll cards to move items in and out. Restroom facilities open and clean and a secured access gate that one can come and go 24/7 at convenience of customer. You purchase and use your own combination locks for more security. I highly recommend Guardian Storage for security and convenience in keeping your prized possessions.

Closes at 9 but besides that very well kept and secure storage facilities

The staff was great, the security measure were reassuring and the location/accessibility were convenient. Only a move out of the area initiated our leaving this unit. Thanks for everything!

We were very satisfied with the professional treatment toward us and the very immaculate conditions of this storage facility. It helped us in our time of need and we highly recommend this place to anyone considering securing storage space. Great unit cleanest and very secure thank you great service

This is the best Storage rental I've ever experience. professional and friendly.

We found that Guardian easily helped us solve our need to store luggage for 6 hours. Lihue Airport has no baggage storage onsite, and we didn’t want schlep or luggage around the island after the AirBNB checkout time and before our evening departure. Since baggage couldn’t be checked in more than 4 hrs before the flight, we needed a convenient alternative and Fran at Guardian was exceptionally helpful!

The facility is very clean, well lit up, secured, and nicely conditioned. Tom made it happen for us securing a storage unit selling me and placing a lock on the door for us, all over the phone and emailing agreements back and forth to calif. Easy in, Easy out with great hours of operation. I will be back!! Thank You.

Easy to move in and out. Very clean facility. Great air conditioning.

Persons working in the office were especially helpful whenever I needed anything.

Large clean storage building ,has carts on site for moving your items and elevators to upper floors !

You guys are awesome. Thank you for all your help and support. I miss Kauai very much. Aloha.

Fran and Tommy are super helpful and organized

The girl at the front desk (I think her name was Bri.) was very, very helpful!! From the moment I came in looking for a storage unit to the day I moved out!

The customer service representative I worked with was Fran. She was always helpful and kind. I highly recommend this storage facility. It was convenient, clean, automatic lighting, dry, air conditioned and reasonably priced. There was a hand truck at the door that helped me get my things loaded and unloaded into my indoor unit.

Brayanne has been a huge help with the whole process and the facility is spotless and impressive, really no need look anywhere else.

The best!

Awesome, nice staff, great storage place. Super clean!

Excellent experience all round. Mahalo nui!

Staff are wonderfully helpful and nice. Best storage facility on the Island. I drive from the North Shore...that tells you how good this place is to store your belongings. Place is always very clean. No trash around. Easy access to both of my units. Air controlled units are especially nice for clothing and other items that would be susceptible to mold.

Exceptional quality and customer service. Storage unit easily accessible. Move in/move out accomplished very easily. Would absolutely use this again.

Great facility. Good value.

We love the place. Will go back as soon the pandemic is over and will recommend to our friends, members. Thank you so much.

Excellent storage facility and the Manager Thomas runs it extremely well. Place is immaculate and mold free.

Great place. I'm totally pleased having a storage unit here! It's temperature controlled and I don't have to worry about mold & they have lots of rodent traps...

Easy access, always clean and excellent customer service. I am sure I will be back!

The absolute best storage facility in Kauai.

Great storage facility. Convenient location, clean and very accessible.

The staff was very considerate and helpful.

Brayanne was the best. Super !helpful

Clean cheap

I have been with Guardian Self Storage since they first built the building and the staff have all been wonderful, all the time. I have moved within the building to different sized units and when needed an additional small locker for a short period of time, was able to get one in the building in the newer section. Thomas and team have always looked out for how to get the best space for the best price and I have never been disappointed. It's like I am leaving family with this move out! Will surely miss them but applaud their dedication to the service and facilities they offer and keep very well maintained. They have set the standard for in my opinion for all areas of location, sizes and prices, cleanliness in and out, security and lighting, and access times to units. I even get to email them when I can't get there in person after office hours!

Brayanne was the best. Super !helpful

The facility is very clean, well lit up ,secured, and nicely conditioned. Tom made it happen for us securing a storage unit selling me and placing a lock on the door for us, all over the phone and emailing agreements back and forth to calif. Easy in , Easy out with great hours of operation. I will be back!! Thank You

We had a great overall experience storing our stuff and our car with Guardian Self Storage. The rates are good, the facility is new and very clean, and the staff are great to deal with. Tom in particular was always super helpful - he really went out of his way to work with us.

Fran was very knowledgeable of the place in all, and friendly and even took the time to show me a few different units. Nice facility, comfortable A/C units. The whole place looks trustworthy and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.
